Black Friday Travel Deals We’re Loving This Year!

We’re shopping the Black Friday travel deals for the first time ever this year – and we’re thrilled! We’re hoping to save money on our Eurostar tickets to Brussels and enjoy 30% off our hotel stay via Booking.com.

We thought we’d share the deals we’re most excited about with you, so you can also save some money! We’ll update this blog post as we find more deals or as dates and savings are confirmed.

Need to know: This year’s Black Friday falls on November 24th.

Psst! We’re all about authenticity and trust here at Wanderers of the World, so this article is different from others you’ll find online. We’re only sharing the travel deals that we would actually buy (or have already bought!) ourselves. Let’s go bargain hunting!

easyJet

easyJet’s Black Friday sale is now live! They’ve discounted some of their most popular routes providing your flight departs before March 31st 2024. Their sale ends on Monday, November 27th at 11pm. Find out more now >>

Why we love this deal: We use easyJet for pretty much all of our flights in and around Europe. It’s a no-nonsense budget airline and we’ve never had any issues when flying with them (especially compared to other airlines who shall not be named right now).

Eurostar

While Eurostar haven’t explicitly mentioned “Black Friday” this year, they’re currently running a sale until November 27th, which is likely some kind of cyber sale. If you travel between January 1st and March 31st 2024, then you can buy tickets for as little as £39 (on most days). Check out Eurostar’s sale now >>

Why we love this deal: Whenever we go to Paris or Belgium, which is fairly frequently, we always use the Eurostar. It’s cheap, convenient and has spacious seating. We now prefer it to flying!

LeShuttle (aka Eurotunnel)

If you’d rather drive to France (and mainland Europe) from the UK, then check out LeShuttle’s Black Friday deals. LeShuttle appears to have partnered up with several companies this year to offer various travel deals from November 24th to November 27th. Interrail

If you want to explore more of mainland Europe then a rail pass from Interrail is one of the easiest and most sustainable options available to you. Interrail are currently offering 25% off if you buy an Interrail Global Pass by November 28th and activate it on or before June 1st 2024. Trainline

Trainline has just announced that SNCF is running a Black Friday sale this year, so you can enjoy various discounted tickets for train travel in Europe. Just as long as you book your tickets between November 21st and November 26th 2023, you can enjoy standard class tickets from £18. This offer is valid for journeys between January 11th and February 11th 2024. Find out more here >>

Booking.com

This year, you can save 30% or more on selected hotels with Booking.com’s Black Friday sale. You need to book your stay before November 29th 2023 and stay at the hotel before the end of 2024. When searching for hotels you’ll see a “Black Friday” label next to the listing if it’s included in the sale. Search Booking.com’s deals now >>

Why we love this deal: Booking.com is one of our preferred websites when booking accommodation. Their prices are often some of the best around and their loyalty programme is pretty good. Even at Level 1, you can enjoy a 10% discount off hotels and car rentals, while Level 2 unlocks bigger discounts, complimentary breakfasts and even free room upgrades!

Hotels.com

Hotels.com is also offering 30% off or more on selected hotels – but only if you’re a Rewards member. Don’t worry, it’s free! Just like Booking.com, you’ll need to book your hotel stay by November 29th 2023 and travel before December 31st 2024. Search Hotel.com’s deals now >>

Why we love this deal: If we can’t find what we’re looking for on Booking.com, then Hotels.com is always our next stop. Their prices are fair and if you “collect” 10 stamps via their Rewards programme, you get a free night at any hotel that allows you to “redeem” your stamps. You also get access to “Members’ Prices”, which are usually a fantastic saving.

Expedia

If you’re an Expedia member, then you can also enjoy 30% off or more on selected hotels when you book by November 29th 2023 and travel by December 31st 2024. While we don’t often use Expedia, we know lots of you do, so we hope you enjoy this offer while it lasts! Check out Expedia’s Black Friday sale now >>

Travelodge

While Travelodge haven’t explicitly mentioned “Black Friday” on their website this year, they do have an offer currently running. They’ve released over 1.5 million rooms for £35 or LESS for selected stays, which seems to be similar to what they did for Black Friday last year. Check out their deals page here >>

Why we love Travelodge: As mid-range budget travellers, we don’t mind staying in bog standard hotels. We’d much rather spend more money on tours and experiences than our accommodation. So, when we travel around the UK, you’ll often find us checking into a simple Travelodge somewhere.

Sandals Resorts

Sandals Resorts’ Black Friday sale is now on! If you book a holiday that lasts for 7 nights or more by November 30th, then you can save up to £150 off your booking. You need to use the promo code BFSAVE for the discount to qualify. Check out their BF sale here >>

Get Your Guide

Just like last year, Get Your Guide is offering up to 50% off some of their tours for Black Friday 2023. Their website doesn’t mention when this sale will end, though, so you might need to be quick! Check out their sale now >>

Why we love Get Your Guide: Get Your Guide is who we use for almost ALL our tours and excursions. They have a generous 24-hour cancellation policy, a handy app, great prices and a wide variety of tours and activities. What’s not to love?

Virgin Experience Days

If you’re treating a loved one (or yourself) to an experience day this year, then you can currently enjoy up to a whopping 75% off on Virgin Experience Days. We *believe* this sale should run through Cyber Weekend, but we couldn’t find confirmation of dates on their website. Still, you can enjoy their Black Friday sale right now! Check it out here >>

Buyagift and Red Letter Days

Buyagift and Red Letter Days (two other popular gift experience websites) have also kicked off their Black Friday sales early. Both websites are currently offering up to 80% off their experiences. Check out Buyagift’s sale now while Red Letter Days’ offers are here >>

Tinggly

Tinggly is one of our favourite gift experience companies as they offer great prices and lots of variety across the world. Their website shows they’ll be running a Black Friday sale from November 23rd to November 28th 2023, which is for 30% off all their “experience collections”. G Adventures

If you’re like us and you’ve had your eyes on G Adventures’ amazing group tours for a while, then now might finally be the time to book a trip with them. Intrepid

AttractionTickets.com

AttractionTickets.com is who we used when we booked our trip to Disneyland Paris. But they also sell tickets for popular attractions in the US such as SeaWorld and Universal Orlando Resort. This year, you can enjoy 10% off all USA tickets and hotels via their Black Friday sale. Check it out now >>

Jet2holidays

If you enjoy package holidays, then we only have good things to say about Jet2holidays (especially since they’ve started flying from our hometown of Bristol!) Jet2’s Black Friday deals are now live! Why we love this deal: While we haven’t booked a Virgin package holiday before, we’ve flown with Virgin a couple of times now (to Los Angeles and San Francisco) and our experiences were fabulous each time. We felt like royalty – even in economy class! Fingers crossed their other offers are just as good quality.

Crystal Ski

Crystal Ski have just launched their Black Friday offer for this year. You can currently enjoy £50 off per person on ALL ski holidays booked through Crystal Ski. Just use the discount code BF50. Royal Caribbean Cruise
